Refund Policy
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. General Policy
Due to the nature of our service, which provides an instantly delivered digital product (a dummy flight ticket), all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a ticket has been generated and delivered.
A dummy ticket is a document our system generates; its PNR and e-ticket number are system-generated and are not held with an airline, so it does not expire. A Live PNR flight reservation is different — it is a real airline booking and the airline decides how long it stays live.
2. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Your visa application is rejected.
- You entered incorrect information (e.g., name, dates) during the booking process.
- You no longer need the dummy ticket.
- A Live PNR reservation has passed the airline's hold period. The hold is set by the airline, not by us, and is generally 21 to 48 hours — which is why we ask you to book close to your appointment rather than weeks ahead.
3. Exceptional Cases
A refund may be considered in the rare event of a technical failure on our part, such as:
- You paid for the service but did not receive a ticket PDF.
- The generated ticket contained errors that were not a result of your input.
If you believe you are eligible for a refund under these exceptions, please contact our support team within 24 hours of your purchase with your booking details.
