Frequently Asked Questions
Is this a real flight ticket?
No. A dummy ticket is a draft itinerary document our system generates for you. The PNR and e-ticket number printed on it are generated by our system, not issued or held by any airline, so it is not verifiable and cannot be used for actual travel.
If you need a booking an embassy can actually check, that is our separate Live PNR flight reservation — a real seat held in the airline’s own system.
Can I use this for visa applications?
Yes. Many embassies and consulates accept a flight reservation (itinerary) as proof of onward travel for visa purposes. Our dummy tickets are designed to meet this requirement. However, we always recommend checking the specific requirements of the embassy you are applying to.
How long is the PNR valid?
It depends on which of our two services you use.
Dummy ticket / draft itinerary: this is a document our system generates for you. The PNR and e-ticket number printed on it are generated by our system — they are not issued or held by any airline, so the booking is not verifiable and cannot be looked up on an airline website or a PNR checker. Use it where an embassy only needs to see a flight itinerary on paper. If your booking might actually be checked, choose the Live PNR reservation instead.
Live PNR flight reservation: generally 21 to 48 hours, provided your travel date is more than 21 days away. This hold is set by the airline itself — it varies by carrier and gets shorter as your departure date approaches — so we cannot control or guarantee it. For this service we recommend booking a few hours before your visa appointment rather than days in advance, so the reservation is still live when it is checked.
What is the difference between a dummy ticket and a Live PNR reservation?
A dummy ticket is a draft itinerary document we generate for you. It is delivered instantly and is the usual choice where an embassy only needs to see a flight itinerary on paper.
A Live PNR flight reservation is a real seat booked inside the airline’s own system by a licensed travel agency. The booking code can be looked up on the airline’s own “Manage Booking” page, so an officer who decides to check it will find your name there. It takes 30 to 60 minutes to issue and costs more. See the Live PNR service.
Neither one is a paid ticket, and neither can be used to board a flight. Choose the Live PNR when the embassy verifies bookings or specifically asks for a confirmed, checkable reservation.
What if my visa gets rejected?
We are not responsible for the outcome of your visa application. Our service is limited to providing a dummy flight itinerary. As per our Refund Policy, we do not offer refunds based on visa application results.
